International Friendly Treble Bet

Betting Tip16

With the World Cup in Russia starting this week, most sides have played their final friendly matches, but there are still some final games taking place this week. These friendly matches give managers their final chance to run the rule over their squad and make any last tweaks ahead of their opening matches. In this article I will be taking a look at the matches being played on Monday and Tuesday and building you a treble bet to take advantage of. All of the odds in this article come courtesy of Coral and are accurate at the time of writing.

Belgium vs Costa Rica

England fans may well take an interest in this game, with their Group G opponents, Belgium, taking on a side that England have just played. England comfortably beat Costa Rica on Thursday night and Belgium will be expected to do the same. This Belgium side are one of the most in-form heading into the World Cup with Roberto Martinez’s side unbeaten through their last 18 matches (W15, D3). On the flipside, this Costa Rica side have won just three of their last ten matches and shouldn’t trouble Belgium too much in this one.

Belgium (-1) – 7/10

Senegal vs South Korea

Senegal have a talented squad, but they have struggled in recent matches, failing to win any of their last four matches. Three wins and a defeat to Croatia have dented this sides hopes, but with Sadio Mane in attack, they can still be dangerous at the World Cup. South Korea come into this game in equally bad form, with just one win in their last five games and apart from Spurs forward, Son Heung-Min, this is a squad seriously lacking in quality. I’m backing Senegal to end their winless run in this one and jet off to Russia with a successful victory.

Senegal – Evens

Poland vs Lithuania

Poland have a talented squad, featuring star man Robert Lewandowski up front and they will be hopeful of qualifying from a very competitive looking Group H. They will come up against Colombia, Japan and Senegal in Russia and they have chosen to play Lithuania in their final warm up match. Poland have struggled in recent games, with just one win in their last five matches, but previously to that they performed well in qualifying for the World Cup. They will be confident of beating a weak looking Lithuania side who have won just one of their last ten matches and I’m backing them to do just that.

Poland – 1/4

Total Treble – 4.25/1 (Coral)
