New York Knicks vs Indiana Pacers: Current situation
Apart from Game 1, the Knicks haven’t been able to collect 20+ assists as a team and that’s been the story of this series so far. He also got a ton of help from Pascal Siakam who had 30 and 5 rebounds, Bennedict Mathurin also chipped in 20 off the bench and was the unsung hero in the victory.

Early foul trouble for Karl-Anthony Towns combined with Indiana going hot from three-point land was the winning formula for Indiana as they took a 3-1 lead by winning Tuesday’s game. The 43 points scored in the 1st quarter was 1 point more than what the Pacers scored in the entire 2nd half of Game 3. New York could just never get going, their biggest lead was just 2 points, while Indiana led by as many as 15 at one point. And now Indy looks to deliver the knockout punch at Madison Square Garden on Friday. Is that realistic though? Although the Knicks haven’t played well at home this postseason, playing with their season on the line should bring the best out of them. In order to win though, the Knicks will have to do the thing that got them the win in Game 3 and that is to slow down the tempo drastically.
