Outright Betting

There’s a strong 32 draw present in Delray Beach with home interest mirroring international flair in an enthralling player list.

Here’s a look at some of our favourites for the Delray Beach title:

Juan Martin Del Potro – 3/1 (Coral) – The Tower of Tandil has been stepping up his recovery in the last few months and looks to be returning to form at the start of 2018. Seeded 2 here, he looks to have a very tricky draw which is perhaps testament to the strength of the player list here in Florida.

Milos Raonic – 7/1 (Betfair) – The big-hitting Canadian has really struggled for form in the past 6/9 months and has dropped to number 32 in the world but he’s seeded 9 here and looks to have a route to the final that looks favourable.

Kevin Anderson – 8/1 (William Hill) – Last year’s US Open finalist Kevin Anderson loves playing on the quick hard courts in the states and was in great form last week – picking up the title in New York to take him back into the world’s top 10.

Hyeon Chung– 10/1 (Sky Bet) – Chung took the Australian Open by storm, defeating Novak Djokovic on route to a semi-final defeat to Roger Federer but the South Korean showed his worth at tour level and looks to be coming of age.

The Delray Beach Open looks very open this week and here are some of the outside picks:-

John Isner – 11/1 (Bet 365) – Playing on home soil in Florida, Isner is always a threat with his huge serve and volley game.

Sam Querrey- 14/1 (Bet Victor) – Yet another powerful American in the draw, he reached the final in New York last week and could be one to watch here.

Jack Sock– 15/1 (Uni Bet) – Following a strong finish to 2017, Sock broke into the world’s top 10 but his form so far this season has been concerning. Needs a strong week here.

Denis Shapovalov– 20/1 (Betfair) – The young Canadian has taken the ATP Tour by storm, beating the likes of Nadal last season and needs to continue his strong form into 2018.

Top Pick – Juan Martin Del Potro – 3/1 (Coral)

Outside Pick – Kevin Anderson – 8/1 (William Hill)
